These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Reverse Chronic Pain programme and website at reversechronicpain.co.uk. By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our service. 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this programme. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

This programme is intended for people with chronic pain who have already sought appropriate medical advice. It is not suitable for people with uninvestigated symptoms that require medical attention. Our pre-screening process will identify whether this programme is appropriate for you before you begin. 

4. What We Provide

Reverse Chronic Pain is an educational and wellness programme. It delivers:

• Personalised pain neuroscience education

• AI-generated personalised audio sessions

• Daily check-in and session recommendation tools

• Weekly progress synthesis and personalised audio content (selected tiers)

This programme is not a medical service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, or medical treatment. It is designed to complement — not replace — professional medical care. 

5. Medical Disclaimer

The content delivered through this programme is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this programme constitutes medical advice or should be relied upon as such.

You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting this programme if you have any concerns about your health. Our pre-screening process is designed to identify contraindications but is not a substitute for professional medical assessment.

If your condition changes, or if you develop new symptoms during the programme, please seek medical advice promptly.

Reverse Chronic Pain Ltd accepts no liability for any harm arising from failure to seek or follow appropriate medical advice. 

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Free tier: The Discover tier is provided free of charge and includes access to a personalised profile, a breathing foundations session, and Module 1 of the education programme.

Paid tiers: The Recover, Reverse, and Thrive tiers are available by monthly subscription. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your initial purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription. 

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@reversechronicpain.co.uk.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your tier’s content until that date. 

8. Refund Policy

No refund policy: We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that this means you waive your right to a 14-day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This is because our programme delivers personalised digital content immediately upon subscription — content that has been generated specifically for you and cannot be returned.

The Discover tier is available free of charge specifically to allow you to experience the programme before making any financial commitment. We encourage you to use this tier to assess whether the programme is right for you before upgrading.

If you believe there has been a technical error affecting your access to paid content, please contact us at hello@reversechronicpain.co.uk and we will investigate. 

9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through this programme — including educational modules, audio sessions, written content, and the User Profile Framework — is generated specifically for you and is licensed to you for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share programme content with any third party without our express written permission.

The Reverse Chronic Pain name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Reverse Chronic Pain Ltd. You may not use them without our permission. 

10. Your Responsibilities

By using this programme you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all questionnaires and check-ins

• Not misrepresent your health status or medical history

• Use the programme for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the programme’s technology or content

• Seek medical advice if your condition changes or worsens during the programme

You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide. Reverse Chronic Pain Ltd cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Reverse Chronic Pain Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the programme

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law 

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.reversechronicpain.co.uk/privacy-policy. By using this programme you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

We take the security of your health data extremely seriously. Full details of how we protect and process your data are available in our Privacy Policy. 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the programme after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
